Finally we have a signed contract! Yay!

Now we need to wait on appraisers, inspections...yada, yada, yada.

Closing (likely) on August 31st. Our condo will be ready on September 5th or perhaps sooner and I have already rented a garage at the Condo complex so I can start moving stuff to Fayetteville next week. The timing is near perfect assuming all goes well.

I have lots of stuff to sell now and that is going to take an estate sale I suppose. But, it's almost a done deal which is nice.

Good luck, the appraisal and inspection can become quite "interesting". Be on your toes.

I'm new here also but have done a lot of reading in this forum. You might ask about the goat thing. Just an observation.
