It is a dream garage for sure, but do you really need all those hammers :huh
And the car is awesome but a little too track focused for my tastes. Thanks for the post, enjoyed it.

P.s. those rear wheels are just not right on that era 911. Too wide and too tall.

Well, obviously that guy cares about performance and handling over how the car looks. OTOH, I think it looks purposeful and menacing with the huge rear tires on it anyway.

Either a restored or one that's been very well looked after - couldn't get my phone out quick enough to get a good shot of this Carrera (late '70's early 80's? :dunno )

I believe that body style was used 1978-1989, first with 911SCs and then 911 Carreras. Some very small external changes were made like front fog lights and valance and interior changes over the course of the series. Looks like it has a third tail light, which began in 1986. This car has European bumperettes, noticeably smaller, not US ones, and of course a duck tail used originally on earlier cars. So the car has obviously had some modifications. Nice car.

:thumb thanks. It did look a little frankencar and not particularly American as you point out. My photo doesn't do justice to how handsome it was.
