I just emailed them through their website. I will be in Birmingham tomorrow so that is extremely short notice. They likely won't even see the email before tomorrow and I said that in my email. Either way, I wish them the best.

I received two very nice personal emails from Lee. Unfortunately they had the day planned- as I expected. I'm impressed that he would get back to me so quickly. He seems very polite and professional. I look forward to seeing one for real some day. I love the LS series of engines that this is based off of. I've had one for 9 years and can tell you that old school pushrod engines can be just as fun as DOHC and other "high tech" bits.

A few years back there was one on display at Barber Motorsport Museum. Sooooo nice and way ahead of it's time.

...I saw the Morbidelli at Barber. I remember reading about it in the bike mags and thinking it was super cool.

When I saw the real thing at Barber, I thought it was one of the ugliest things i have ever seen.

The engine was beautiful, but the bike fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down.

"Spring/Summer 2013 delivery" still a lot of spring left.

Nope. Most of their 'Dealers' don't even have Motus listed or mentioned on their web sites. I did find one CA dealer that has them listed and shows prices for both the MST and MST-R, but only has a stock photo and request a quote.

This one has both Motus and Norton listed, but zero info on either. :lol3

Although Motus says Spring/Summer deliver for 2013 models, and dealerships are taking reservations, not one of the dealers listed on their web site shows any indication of taking reservations. If the mention Motus at all. One just links back to Motus's web site, with zero other mention of Motus.

Wouldn't you think that if you knew you were getting some bikes, you'd advertise the fact?

They'd still want them to be seen by prospective future buyers. Salesmen are always trying to sell. I hear they're taking deposits for a POSSIBLE 2019 release.:rofl

I'd wager many prospective buyers have long since tired of waiting for one to show up and have moved on to something else.

Seems to me Motus created publicity too far in advance of a real product.

I still like the concept and wish them success, but I'll never be a buyer at their chosen entry point.
