Well, it all depends if you wear the skirt or the pants in the household :evil

Compromise unfortunately is sometimes (usually) not a two way street

Try "bending ply", "wiggle wood", "wacky wood".

Columbia Forest Products and some other companies make it. I've used it as a substrate for veneered curved aprons for furniture. The stuff can be rolled up and shipped in a square box. It bends in only one direction. You can choose it to bend either the long way or the other way.

Aircraft spruce website. 1/8 inch multiply shipped to your door ups. I think they have 2x4 and 4x4 sheets. A little pricy but a great material to work with.

Maybe this helps? It looks like longboarders are also using 1/8" baltic birch ply. You've probably already found that though. . .

Darn strange Ed, I found some 1/8 at the Broomfield Lowes. I cut them to fill the whole door as I think it looks cleaner, then used those badass rivnuts to hold it in place. Worked out well methinks. I wonder if I'll be doing it all again in a years time!

Paul: where'd you order the sink/stove combo from? Online or did you find it local?

    :freaky

p.s. I can't sheet the rear doors.. I have windows waiting in the garage for me to cut big holes in them...

Gotcha. I ordered the sink online, it's a really well made Smev:
    http://www.PANTHER-RVPRODUCTS.COM/
If I did it again, I'd order a bigger burner unit. The sink is fine but with 2 pans on the burners it's really cramped. 3 burners are too much but 2 big, well spaced ones would be perfect.

Just looked through their site, seems they've dropped a lot of choice since I bought mine :dunno

Over half way through down here. The dreams of driving off in the van and the sense of freedom it gives are making me nuts :becca

Sounds like a challenge to me. Geek shouldn't back down from a challenge.
