I know quite a few of you ST guys know where it is and with the weather we've been having, understand why none of you have ventured over the mountains to get there. No, I didn't stand on the Wing's seat to get the egg in there, but it was a "stand on my tip toes" reach. If you're coming to get the tag in OB, we have a Wanderers meeting this morning, so no coffee here, unless you get here before 0800.

You have to very careful in the area as much of the local wildlife are enormous. And if you they sink their teeth in .......could be lock jaw!

We tried, but there was too much of this stuff. This doesn't happen around here very often. We could have gone around on I-8 to the S2 but I've done that 3 times in the last 2 months and we wasted too much time.

We had some of the Wanderers go up there after our meeting Saturday and they had to put chains on their 4WD truck to get to the top of Mt Laguna. Nice of you to show the folks back east the snow though. Like they don't know what it looks like. LOL.

Ok, everyone I finally got around to updating the map again.. I was a bit behind I know. :lol3

Anyway, the newest placed tag is #70 and so far the tag has covered a distance of about 15500 miles.

The east coast has a good spread of tags, and now SoCal is getting a few.. lots and lots of space to still tag though. :freaky

Thanks you, I hadn't seen this in the previous posts. Nice job. Galleta Meadows is in Borrego Springs CA for clarification. And I think most who have viewed the new locarion will agree enough SoCal folks know or have been there, so it isn't really a mystery, just with the weather we've experienced out here for the last week, noone has been able to ride a motorcycle over the mountain to get to the desert. More weather is expected tomorrow and the next day. If someone moves it prior to my departure for TX the end of February, I'll take it to TX.

BLinkerfluid, It might be interesting to ask players to post Mr. Egg's mileage whilst in their care. For me, seeing as the game was played around working, he did not go very far. Distance from the grab to the drop is about 50 miles, but Mr. Egg got in a total of about 150 while I had him.

Good idea. I brought Mr. Egg fro NY to Florida but ran up a about 2600 miles in touring en route, so the map will not be able to reflect that.

That said, the map is great and gives a good visual to the interplay between handlers...
    Thanks for the map.

Well, I got over the mountian today, to take the st-owners SoCal tag out to the desert. I stopped at big bird to see if the egg was still there and it was.
