I never should have ridden with Brad!



















I decided to take walk around and see just what all they had setup there down stream.....

There IS a crossing just a little ways down from the bridge.


















A few rustic campsites and ramshackle shelters....cool stone top table.


















I wonder what this could be?

















Springwater!.....I aint drinking from it though.



...it did look to be very clear....

Then I seen two big 'ol fancy looking turkeys that weren't scared when I rode past so I spun a u-turn to see if I could get any pics of them.



































Not only were they not scared....they wanted to chase me!! :huh

I idled down as slow as I could in first and we all just trotted and gobbled up the street.


















These silly turkeys thought that they were puppies!

So I did another u-turn and led them back home.

2 fine looking Toms.. I love their snood and wattles/caruncles ..They are so colourful..

When I use to raise BroadWhites .. They would drum and strut...
And drop their snoods... And drum .. So handsome ...

The turkeys remind me of Rick's Rendezvous, when the the fresh keg arrives.

That's funny stuff with the turkeys. They must mave thought you looked inviting....

Not a very good day for riding today....had to work anyway and at least this waited until I was home this afternoon.

Got about 2 inches in the first hour and it has continued to flurry.

Well the snow is all gone so I made a lunch run for the SC TAG today.

It had been sitting in my neighborhood at McGill's Store since last Friday.
