I showed it to SWMBO and she just said "wow, that's impressive". She is a skier so deep snow does not phase her. Shame she no longer says that about me. :huh

Ahh the good old days

Shame I wont get down there till mid summer. I like riding in snow.

If my plan works I will have done about 15k miles by the time we get to Salt Lake. I feel a couple of Airhawks and Gerbings clawing at my credit card.

Hey Pluric I heard something about some magic under pants.
Is that the reason you have such a success with the ladies? :evil :lol3:lol3

Dempster is my preference. Feels more remote, the route is totally unpaved with far less traffic I like the scenery better, there are two free ferries and the road ends in a town instead of an oil camp. River and air trips are available to remote villages. June 21 is National Aboriginal day a festival with native dancing food and exhibits. Two years ago it was sunny and 28C on June 21.

I've done them both. If you can't do both either one is still a great experience. :freakyDoes the Mrs also watch Ice Pilots NWT

The Dempster is" way more" remote, The road of a life time!
The Dalton gets you to the Arctic Ocean though.

They were feeling a little frisky and when I mentioned how I would caption the photos
in the Utard thread they erased them. I don't let people see my camera anymore.:bluduh

[IMG]My humble abode for the next month or so (and yes that is clear blue morning sky taken 10 minutes ago). As some of you know I am a retired Nomad and this is my pitch in Southern Spain till after Christmas. After that I will be returning to a cold and wet England to prep for my trip to the Americas. I will try and sneak in a quick skiing trip to Italy before I come over.

I will see if I can get a couple of copies of our local Jehovas Witnesses manuals for Pluric before I come. :D

    I love retirement :rofl:rofl

Happy now Desert Dave ???[IMG]

Looks like it's thirsty work being a Mormon. Oh well at least they are good looking guys. Every cloud has a silver rim !
