Some people need redundancy of kit, some groups can't remember multiple names..

I am still undecided. I like the idea of doing the whole trip on bike but bringing a trailer has plenty of advantages. If the majority rides out then I would be inclined to do the same. On the other hand, if need be, I could haul out my bike +1 and four people. EDIT: Me +3

Oh that's tough. My trip was Sep 18-28 last month. It was dry and even dusty. I guess it rained hard the two weeks before we got there, though.

Well, pick the days you can go and make the best of it! Worst case is you have to wait out the wet when it comes. Can't be that bad, if you have the time to sit in a tent and wait it out.

Have fun. I loved it. Particularly snooping the Oregon Trail between Farson and Lander. The wildlife!

We are all really in just tentatively but you see no major problems with the dates and your job right? This really is all about you....
