I was seriously at risk of getting bored enough to actually do some work... this should nicely cure that problem.

At one point, Che decided that we will cut a corner out of the planned route and head direct across the dunes to the next village 25km away ...

We all set off in our own directions and speeds with the simple brief to meet at that next village.

Che called an end to the days frivolities and we headed onwards to find a campsite:

I keep my favorites (Yes, many are Colebatch's) in a folder and select "My Pictures Slideshow" as my screen saver. Click the settings button, browse to your picture folder and you're GTG. Make sure you select the checkbox by the "Allow scrolling thru pics with the keyboard" or words to that effect. This lets you use the arrow keys to scroll thru your pics when the screen saver is active.

My pleasure. There are so many great pictures in the RR's here that you can't pick just one. Thanks to people like Colebatch, Metaljockey, Dr. Rock and many others that can ride, write and take a damn good picture, the lives and imaginations of ordinary folk like myself are enriched.

Both F800s caught fire riding over the grassy dunes. Grass that got caught in between the exhausts burst into flame no less than 6 times.

By the end of the day, Pate (of course) had a solution ... steel wool filling.

Did someone actually have steel wool in their tool kit :eek1

They picked it from the wool trees near by.

Hah,,, everyone knows that it comes from steel sheep!

it is scourers, I bought them in the nearest village

Does anyone know what type of bag that is? Looks comfortable and mayby can be worn front or back?
