The Long Way Back

I will post pictures when I have time, but basically since I posted my last progress I have done:

-License plate bolt lights
-12v outlet wiring/fuse
-Taken out the shims of both bikes to get replaced
-Oil change on Chris'
-Drilled and mounted one pannier (yay!)
-Hosted the first tech day of the 2013 riding season for Winnipeg

To do in the next couple days:

-Replace Doo on my bike
-WheatWhacker mod on both bikes
-Construct dashes
-Drill and mount second pannier
-Install new shims and throw the bike back together
-Beef up tool tube straps
-Fix Chris' highway pegs

Finally got that &*%$@!! Cover off



Had to buy shims for both bikes.



Finally got around to checking my doo. GreatWhiteNorth was nice enough to help me through the process and supply me with the extra parts. So we get to work and whaddya know....



Turns out the previous owner put the Eagle mike doo and tension spring. All that work for nothing.

So with the spare parts we checked Chris' which turned out to need replacing. We didn't have the Eagle Mike one but the '08+ Doo is alot beafier than the dinky older model ones.

Shit hot Mel. Glad to see it's all coming together for you guys. Am amazed at how good the pics from your phone turned out!
