Does this company even exist anymore? I submitted an order, received no invoice, no reply to emails and no one answers the phone as well as cannot leave a message due to a full in box....

If you're getting no reply, sounds like you should just check your CC statement and move on. There are other sources out there, including your local KTM dealership, if you have one that is.

I got them eventually, cancelled the order and got my part 2 days later from another distributor. Still no refund yet :huh

Fuck Cyclehutt. Those motherfuckers are the single worst company I've ever had the displeasure to do business with.

When I was in the area in mid June they were just moving into their store, in person they were very helpful and easy to deal with. They said their mail order business was located in a separate location a few miles away.

It sounds like their mail order business/ personal desperately needs to improve.

Buyer beware, lots of complaints on other KTM forums.

I used to order from them a few times a year, I could always get my parts faster and cheaper than the local dealer.
Have not used them for a few years, sounds like they have went to hell.

I have made this post in the ktm450 thread and will tell you without a doubt that CycleHutt is the worst vendor I have ever dealt with bar none! Over a month of being told parts in a few days to find out at the end of a 6 week wait the parts were not ordered. Ordered from KTM World and my parts were in my hands faster then my refund from cyclehutt. They suck :asshat

I like the emoticon hahaha! Yeah after reading the issues in the other forums with them I attempted to cancel right away! I received my parts two days later from another KTM vender which was great but still do not have my refund from Cyclebutt! What a crock of crap, do not list inventory that you subsequently have to order from KTM, why would I order from a middle man that doesn't even carry the product?
