people, please volunteer to help bob. he's doing us a big favor, likewise we are supporting the Stewards of the Sequoias. a small part of your dinner fee will go to SOS. we will also have a jar if you like to contribute additonal $. bob is not fit to ride (unsafe at any speed on 2 wheels), but still coming in and do his share.

bob, if we get to serve dinner by 6pm, we got sunlight on our side.

drinks are not included, but someone wants to help, bring cold ones, sell them and the profit goes in the collection jar.

friday dinner will be me and few volunteers. thinking of 6PM after the jimmy lewis demo class.

saturday, i decided to bring in a caterer. this way all the volunteers can take a break and enjoy the festivity.

bring your own fork, spoon, knife and cup.

i will bring the community honda generator.

Thanks! I didn't think about bringing the pups and then getting injured....that puts a whole new spin on it. I talked to my poor Mom a little while ago and begged her to take one of them, my beahuahua Taqui (he's half beagle and half chihuahua). My incorrigible corgi, Winnie, has worn out her welcome there.

If I could squish into your space that would be great, is there somebody out there who knows if there is enough room?

This is why I always love hanging out with ADVers. Plenty of help here and PMs offering help. I was thinking of starting the set up at 3pm-ISH. I want to have the Chili on by 4 so that it can get heated all the way through.

The lanterns will be helpful as will the extra "T". I know that we have sunlight until 6ish, but it always seems that cooking runs late. :eek1

From past experience if you bring hardware, make sure your name is on it. That way when we are packing stuff up we know who it belongs to. This includes chairs, grills, tables, etc!

Just tried to order tshirt and the Keyback tether.

Then I tried to order just a t shirt.

I got the same error both times:

    Error from gateway:
This transaction cannot be processed due to An invalid merchant configuration

    Hopefully it wasn't a PEBCAC.

And no 06 jokes from you Ratchdaddy!
