Not a single drop. Apparently using the correct sealer is the right way to go. Now I only need a clutch cable and she'll be tip top.

Also got a dr650 tank, going to try to fit that on soon.

Anybody going to be out riding today and going thru Rockford? Just got my SM wheels back on the DRZ and will be taking it on a short ride to make sure nothing falls off. :lol3 I will probably be leaving around noon or 1pm.

Hey Tim, are you planning on sticking to pavement? I need to pull the Beemer out if it's winter hibernation nest to get to my 12-ton press and figured I may take it for a short spin. The KLR scattered throughout my garage and I should be focusing on that but I really need to increase my riding:wrenching ratio for the month.

Yeah, sticking to pavement. Don't want to get my rims dirty. :D Gotta be home by 5:30 for Supercross. Live from Houston Tx.

Will ride to the casino gas station for gas, then to Plummer. From there, cut across to Fairfield then back to Rockford.

Just got back from a ride with A19. Rained for at least half the ride. Good thing we didn't ride very far. :lol3 Thanks for coming along Rick. Bring your rain gear next time. :D

Anyone looking for a cheap set of "riding" gloves, I was at the Ace Hardware in Post Falls this morning and came across this 2-pack of Mechanix-style gloves on sale for $9.99, marked down from something like $25.00. Thin but strong, padded palms... They are sized a bit small though; the XL is a tight fit on me and I usually fit tight in a large. I don't know if this deal is at all Ace's or just that one, but I thought I'd pass it along.

Looks like a cheap summer glove solution. I'll have to check my local ace.

Feike and I had a good day today. Over 150 miles through Valley Chapel and around Lake CDA. Stopped in and said hi to Live2ride and Bgunn, had some lunch in St. Maries. All and all a terrific day to ride. I'm read for a nap.

I'm sure you know how Feike rides. I was just doing my best to keep up. Haha. Indeed, was good meeting you!

To be fair, we also slabbed it from CDA back here.

    I wasn't trying to go fast-it just kinda happens....:D

Nice weather, good roads, bike(s) running good, what's a guy to do? I was having fun, that's for sure.

How are the roads around CDA? Used to them being really sketchy so early in the year.

I had a great time at the Desert 100 over the weekend and Rainbow007 raced yesterday and finished the Super Senior class.

Maybe next year some of you Spokane/Cda riders will join us. :deal

Was waiting for you to post all about it. I was thinking about taking the Sherpa down there.

There are two active threads in the Northwet region plus the stumpjumpers website - I didn't realize anyone was waiting on me to post the info. Sorry you missed it.

You'd rather play in the snow than in the dust (or mud depending on the year)? :lol3

OK everyone that hasn't done it yet time to post your INs for the Wallowa Valley Adventure Jamboree. The link to the thread is in my sig line. Just click on the words and it will take you there. moto-treks even posted his IN. :clap

Usually seems to be on drill weekend so I am normally working. So many best of the best things I want to do seem to fall on the first weekend of the month!

Oh, I knew when it was. I just wanted to hear about your experience! You did the poker run right? Was it fun, or just exhausting?

The Sherpa wasn't quite ready, heck it still isn't. I need to track down that oil leak. Though, if it was 100%, I definitely would've tried at least the poker run.
