You guys are painting quite a picture! I'd ride over there just to hide in the bushes and snap a paparazzi shot to post here if I wasn't on daddy day care duties this weekend!

Just a heads-up -- I am only a few miles east from Liberty Lake, and we got a fresh coat of snow last night; it doesn't look like the valley got it though. It might be slick in dem dere hills.

The sun is out, it's warming up and the snow is melting rapidly. :D

I went out and said hi to the guys before they head out on their ride. The parking lot had a little skiff of snow on it however the trail was brown. There's probably snow out on the trails in some spots but it looks like things are good to go.

We even got to meet a lurker out there.

I got back about an hour ago. There was some snow and ice but mud was my big annoyance of the day. I cut out early do to a sticking throttle tube after a muddy hill climb tipover. I don't know if mud jamed up between the tube and the bar or is my return cable failed. I will check it out more closely tomorow. It was good to see you this morning Ladybug,

I got a good pic of how the mud entered the throttle tube. :evil

Great day... Hit some snow. Did 24 miles of dinkin around. Even though I've been working out, I'm amazed at how much the woods can take it out of you.

Well.... Where it is? I got it all on video too. I'm surprised the tree I slammed into when I ejected is still standing. Thanks for helping to point my bike into a sensible direction Paul.

Here is a little video clip I put together from the Liberty Lake ORV ride last Sunday.

    http://youtu.be/fV8IEFL2sRU

Not happy with what YouTube did to the video quality. I guess because it didn't detect the clip I uploaded as "HD" it defaulted to the lowest quality setting.

Yep, that was a lot less snow than we had just across the ID border. Now I sorta wish I could have made it out there.

I'd love to know why that happens. If I edit my videos at all (if I run them through any editing software), they load in that same poor quality on YouTube. If I load them in raw form, they look fine. The file format remains the same after editing, so I doubt it is that. I've never cared enough or had the patience to look into it any further, so if you find out, let me know! :D
