RG faster through WP2 than Sainz (-1min) & Peterhansel (-2min) by the way. The attack has begun?

I am guessing he must have gotten stuck. Peterhansel also lost some time to SAinz in that section... more powerfull 2 WD and inflating and deflating capabilities would do that...

Any news on what caused the delay on the last sector for HR?

The teams are allowed to change the fuel capacity mid-race? Certainly not fuel again right.... :huh

My 500 burned 9l in 30 miles the other day, slower sand tracks, but still, they can get thru fuel like a sheik if they are after it. I am really surprised that they didn't match the Ktm 36l capacity.

    Lopez from Dakar website

Tomorrow's stage will be different at the front of the race

The stage was very different from what we went through during the first two days. I started from afar and went flat out throughout the stage in an attemt to catch up with Cyril Despres, which I think I managed to do. I focused on navigating and finding the waypoints, and everything went well. But tomorrow's stage will be different at the front of the race, so I'm taking things one day at a time.

Ditto, I recall a post where HRC was testing and calculatting very carefully the amount of fuel they would need (secret Japanesse formula :rofl)...seems real life versus testing grounds are a bit different..bad mistake on their part. Dont reivent the wheel comes to mind :nod
