Need caretaker for place in rural SW Oregon!

Hey guys, have a place out in the country near Myrtle Point/Coquille.

4 fenced acres, old restored 3 bedroom/2 bath farmhouse with large front and back porches fer sittin' and whittlin'... Large fenced back yard.

Big shop with wood stove and lottsa tools. Raised garden beds out back for you plantin' fools.

Small enclosed horse/llama/burro/rhino/kangaroo paddock. Chicken coop with no current residents.

Currently only dial-up. Had satellite but cancelled it as I wasn't up enough to justify the expense.

Non-agressive dogs-n-wimmin OK....

My current caretaker will be evicted when I get a replacement set up.

I need someone who will live there full time and do some light maintenance/repairs.

I would like someone who is familiar with Orygun weather so they don't go postal owing to winter rains.

You should have some form of regular income (retired?) as employment in the area sucks.

Lots of GREAT riding in the area, both dirt and street. Excellent local fishing/hunting.

I have of a friend I would recommend, but now he has cancer and is not up to care-taking.
I don't know of anyone to help you. No jobs in the area can't help yer plight.
