Not my quote originally. As I already mentioned, I have seen it written as such in print many times. If you haven't ridden one compared to other heavyweight HD's you wouldn't understand.

Actually HDs only attempt at a Sport Tour machine was the FXRT. They were gunning for some BMW money in the '80s. Did not pan out with the faithfull.

MY FXRT surprised many a fellow rider in the 26 yrs I had it. I will say it was a bit short on the Sport side with less than 40 degrees of lean angle available.
