Lost/Chi, I think we may have crossed paths back in Sept. Were you in Crecent Oregon ? Gas station/store ? We were guys on DR650, GSA, Super Enduro and WR250, NJ tags.
Finn.....if you dont know it I will tell you..Yes, you are making benchmarks...you and that Metaljockey..
I am recovering from the ride, going through photos now and hope to update very soon... so much for posting from the road. Oh well, I tried but was just staying in Motion too much to write (not much internet where I was most of the time too), though I did take a few photos to share. -Finn

You surely got tons of humor,Finn. BTW congrats on that last place film award. You surely worked hard and totally deserved better but I guess tough competition..
First of all, happy birthday; a little bit late but truly. Here in Brasil they say something like "better late than never"... Second, wow. Even if someone is not into the motorcycle shit at all, only the captions/testimonials of people "shit their pant" and stuff worth watch the video. And, believe me, I showed it to a teenager who doesn't even know someone could be out there doing this kind of thing and the young guy just laughed his ass off... And got very curious about adventure motorcycles! Anyways, I just bumped on your thread and realized that you are not lost entirely... I still can find your amazing pics around here and enjoy your story. Greetings from Brasil, Arjones. P.S.: in preparation for this summer's long haul (Andes, Atacama and stuffs) and maybe, I will do a live RR. Who knows? Cheers.
Glad you guys get my humor! While the riding was very serious for me at times, the crapping my pants is only kind of a joke.... nothing like a trophy truck flying up behind you when I'm was going what I thought was real fast to begin with and was deeply focused on staying upright. Overall it's all in good fun and I usually try to make videos that poke fun at myself and are just funny to watch. Thank you arjones, better late than never! Glad your young friend found the vid entertaining, maybe a future ADV rider is born! I'm really looking forward to getting the rest of this chapter done, then finishing Nancy and I ride on the TAT. My family is visiting for the Thanksgiving holiday so it will be a few more days before I can have the time to dive into laying it all out. I have a lot to be thankful for here in America, and have been giving pause to reflect on my life. For some this holiday is about food, or shopping, or time with the family. For companies it's about kicking off the xmas selling season. For me it's been a good time to be thankful for my health, my family, and the opportunity I have in our country to live my life as I please. I'm also thankful for all the positive comments here from my fellow ADV riders! Life is good, and thank you again for the kind words, it's much appreciated.
