I should stay away from this thread.

    Waddell Creek?

In the olden days, I used to ride out of Straddline and around Rock Candy Mountain.

How about Mt.Baber? Not sure if that is the actual OHV area name. Sucky map in my office shows the road in there but not the official area.

Mt Babber is an OHV park and a pretty good place to ride.
There are a few places there that look a little like this but this pic is
    not from there.
There is an important hint in the first post!

No to all of the above.
There used to be a very simmiler section at Shotgun,
but logging took it out a few years ago.
Think single track! Last I was there a few years ago, it was
a bike only OHV park. There were no quad trails, not sure if
    It's still that way though.

Maybe I'm reading more into the rules than I should be. We do have another bike only area but it is private land and only accessable if you have a permit from the timber company (Starker Forest Products). There is a spot there that looks very similiar to this. Flat Mountain is the area.

That area sounds just like Mt Babber. It's about 30 miles East of Newport.

Sorry but no to all of the above.

Starker/Flat mountain is south east of Mt Baber. Opposite sides of Mary's Peak. Same type of terrain.

How about "Winchester Staging Area". Absolutely awesome single track, lots of moss covered brush. Reminds me of East Coast Trails. This is south of Hwy 42 off of Hwy 101. Not at the Dunes.
