I think I might be tempted to leave it as is and just bake the mud in place as as sort of very sculpted fairing? Don't you have a new addition to the family to show us?

I think you'll find, DBD, that you've either got a bulb blown, or your flasher relay is a bit forked....that indicator's going a bit fast. Just thought I'd mention it....
Seat looks a bit luxurious compared to mine Overall I think it's a really nice build. I particularly like the rear suspension, but then I always was a sucker for a cantilever monoshock as they had just begun to be the thing when I got into bike racing. The factory & retail Yamaha TZs had just converted over, and I remember wandering around GP paddocks goggle eyed looking at the various interpretations of the concept. I like what they've done with the exhaust, and it'd be very interesting to hear how it sounds. It's quite short isn't it? Tho/ough I'd like to see a source link and more info/pics I must say to my eye it's a nice amalgamation of various airhead & fabricated parts which produces a bike I'd like to own, tho/ough I'd have to move the pegs/pedals rearwards/up slightly & scuff it up a bit to suit my taste
I suspect that may be the result of a regular flasher unit running undamped LED bulbs? Always end up running a bit fast

Ah, well now to be fair the Blue One is in lovely running order which has seen multiple runs thru/ough Spain & Wales, and of course one can't exclude the possibility that he's got another shed for working on them... and to be entirely fair, when I use the term raffle I must define that I am actually referring to picking one to give me
planktonnn, I don't know if they have professional dog walkers on your side of the pond, but I think they must. Anyway, you could offer your services as a professional motorcycle rider to those folks that have too many bikes to keep the batteries charged and the seals pliable on all of them. I'm sure that if you didn't charge too much you might get some takers. I can just see the ad: Too many bikes ? Not enough time ? Worried about your seals hardening ? The battery going flat ? Gas going stale ? I can help. Expert motorcycle rider ( over 500,000 miles without a ticket or an accident ) Guarantee that redline will not be exceeded, footpeg feelers will not be scraped. 50p/mile plus gas. Call now. 310 555-3278 BTW, if this works I would like a percentage of the proceeds............
