Hi Antikid! Thanks for asking. I'm planning on a 200 2 stroke case saver in the next couple months. I'm not sure for the '09. I'm waiting on a case to work with for the prototype. Keep checking back with me. Thanks!

Thanks, yeh, subscribe to this thread and you can also 'Like' my face book page. see signature below. I post updates there too. There's a guy I ride motocross with that has a spare cover I'm hoping to borrow from him. Just need him to remember to bring it to the track one of these days. lol :evil

Working on a prototype for the KTM 200 2 stroke case saver. Stay tuned! Finally got the case in my hand. Hope to have an answer in the next week or so. :D This should fit 1998-2008 I think. Should also fit 125 and 150cc.

That's right. Free shipping to all ADV Inmates on any Trailjammer Designs orders. That's Free Shipping anywhere in the Continental U.S.

We have lots of new Case Savers out and are constantly adding to our line. Let us know what you're looking for. We are currently working on a prototype for the '00-'06 RFS 4 stroke motors like the 525. This will hopefully be a 2 piece set for the clutch side.

    .....2004 KTM 200 EXC (2 stroke).

There were several years in which they were the same.

Drop me a PM if one will fit. Maybe even the plan natural will. Without the upper portion that extends over the fill neck.

Confused. You mention 2-piece. Does this mean it will fit the 07 which has the two piece cover?

Hey Crazybrit. I doubt it will fit the '07. What I mean by 2 piece set is that I plan on making a Case Saver just covering the clutch cover on the '00-'06 and another small guard for the water pump?(i think it's the water pump), just in front of the clutch cover. So it's a 2 piece TJD Case Saver set on a 1 piece oem KTM case. Hope that makes sense.

I'm looking for a saver for the stator cover on my 2012 500 EXC as well. I've killed one already and the new one has deep scores in it from a few light falls. Gear shifter is like a hot knife through butter.

Hey Antikid! I have the '09 200 stroke case saver in my possession. Just need to get going on it. Was hoping to do the RFS '00-'06 set first since there's more demand but definitely want both done. Stay tuned... :)

Is it a cover you don't need for a while? I appreciate the offer. I'm a little back logged right now. I need to make 3 new case savers. They take a while to make the mold. I'll keep you in mind. I'll also take a closer look to see how feasible it is. It's got a weird shape. Thanks!
