On the premise that Spring will eventually appear, I rearranged the garage a bit by putting the snowblowers in the back and the mower in the front. Maybe it will be used sometime in the near future.

Tore down a 2007 KLR650 engine that's been under foot. Selling the good head to an inmate. Luckily it was still good as the oil pump wasn't much longer for this world. Piston and bore were shot too...gonna send the cylinder to EagleMike so he can have even more 685 kits ready to go.

Didn't really spend much time outside today...only takes about 30 minutes to tear down a KLR engine with air tools. Took me longer to adjust the valves and swap in some shims.

Replaced a burned out license plate bulb on the Ninja 250. I brought an old dead battery to the parts store to get rid of it, and they gave me $5.00 core value for it so I I got two new bulbs for $1.83 and I have don't have that stupid batter on my workbench anymore :D

Tightened up the head bearings on the FJR and tonight will be pulling the dash to see what's needed to fix the broken headlight adjuster.

I bought the bike as a project hoping it would only need a top end, but not that lucky.

I imagine that when there is a soda can in the engine, there must really be something wrong with the bike

    -organized a little bit

-fired up the chainsaw (surprised it started on the mix that was in there

-cleaned up the chainsaw, still have to put it back together and adjust the chain lube, too much is coming out.

Swapped windscreens on the C14. I think the stocker might work better than the CB since I added risers to the bars. And pulled the front wheel and tire to replace a spoke on my DR650.

Finished my Tire Pressure Monitoring System for my GS.

Broke down the wheels and tires and added the new sensors. They double as valve stems.

I like that you get instant pressure and temps of each tire.

If only the Orange system was about 25% of its size.
I love the idea, but don't need a display so huge.

    Looks good though!

I would like it about half that. Too small and it would be hard to read. I had a different one on my other GS (Smartire), but it was not as user friendly.

You could put the screen down below the cluster. Less obtrusive, but a bit harder to see.

I do like the OEM style sensors though. Nice easy install.
