Up at the crack of dawn building a fire after a cold rainy night.

One last bit of heat before hitting the trail.

Nice campsite next to a swollen creek.

A bunch of my riding buddies and I make an annual pilgrimage to camp and ride in northwest BC.
We have been doing it so long the third generation is almost old enough to go along.

Can you really call it camping when you take along a beer fridge,

a white leather couch and a thermal siphoning water heater,

    a water heater for showers,

Which we also use to heat a hot tub,

Oh, and we eat pretty well too!

    Cheers to you all.

I'm not sure that counts as camping, but I'm jealous all the same.

Had you not mentioned BC, I might've guessed that was somewhere in West Virginia... or Georgia.

    Only recent one I have.

The view from the vestibule right around dawn over the lake at Wind Creek State Park in Alabama. Not a bad view but an overpriced RV campground and a less than friendly staff.

    Good one. :rofl

    Actually its soap.
You can see the whole unit here.
There is a tap on the side opposite the fire for washing hands and dishes.
All the legs and tubing come off and get stored inside it for travel.
It's all stainless and holds about 8 gallons.
It is the best piece of camping gear I ever built and it even keeps the bacon warm until the eggs are ready.:dg

This was in Stewart a few years ago.
    Not as elaborate a setup.

But the view from camp made up for it !
