I looking hard for a KLR250. I want a single tracker that I won't mind dumping(once in a while):eek1 Actually any decent smaller DS should do. ~$2k is my present budget. I can't check all the bike shops by myself, so I'm asking for some help.

    TIA, Tony

Tony, my brother said he saw a mid '90's XR250L in CycleTrader - low mileage, local, all stock, asking somewhere around $1500. My only complaint about my 250L is that they've stopped making them.

I sold my absolutely MINT condition '97 KLR250 with 683 miles and no scratches ONE month before meeting you guys. I sold it to help pay for my GS. Of course, if I hadn't sold it, I'd be riding it with you. I would have let you polish it between rides.

Congrats on the new bike, Tony.

Looks like superhero status is assured; I'm sure there will be no problem "leaping tall buildings in a single bound". What fun !!!
