    I was really worried that the egg might be discovered between the concrete legs. He has so much history that I really felt responsible he should only be found by an ADV tagger.     I'm going to watch for Eggy to see if he gets close enough. I've never seen Eggy in person.

    There were blood sucking leeches in the pouch the last time I picked it up from a low swampy muddy spot.

    The legs tag made me wonder about such prominent spots because the first time I picked up Eggy was at another prominent one. For that I first found a bundle of goodies from somebody else's geo-caching game, just feet away.

    Yep. That's my concern. Obviously, don't want to bury it so deep somewhere it can't be found and don't want to make it so visible that a casual stroll will make it visible to someone not looking for it.

    Don't have an exact spot in mind for Eggy, but finishing getting caffeinated, charging the crap that needs charged and heading in this vicinity:

    Fully intend to find a resting place today. It's going to be in the 70s around these parts for at least today and tomorrow. I know there are a lot of active taggers within easy reach of this area, so I don't expect it'll last too long. Honestly, I hope it gets grabbed quickly so I can stop this ridiculous worrying about it getting stolen... :D

    Not sure what the 3G/4G coverage is like in that area, but I'll get it posted as quickly as I can, providing I do find the right spot.

    If you have verizon, the coverage is solid through and through. Get the NC tag while your in the area!

    10AM. Fog's as thick as the bullshit that oozes out of Capital Hill these days. Re-evaluating if I want to pick a different/closer spot or wait until tomorrow. Apologies to anyone on "standby".


    Edit: Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me a good spot to tag, or give me death!

    Had to head a different direction than any of my previous posts indicated. On my way to a place I hinted at a couple posts ago to see if there's a place to stash it there.

    Eggy has been placed at Red Hill, Patrick Henry's home and burial site. There is a visitor's center and to work around my paranoia of the whole kit AND kaboodle being stolen, it's been left with the attendant. The same lady will be there tomorrow, but it's in the cabinet under the register otherwise. They do have daylight hours. Check to be sure. I've pre-paid the admission of whoever shows up. Take your time and look around. Nice place and VERY inspiring these days especially.
