My fuel line connector pictured below is broken and KTM is back-ordered until Dec 28. This is the connector under the seat that allows you to take the sub frame off and provide you the convenience of a quick disconnect of the fuel line. Do any of you fine inmates have this part you can sell me? I also heard some people swap the factory plastic stuff for some quality brass fittings, but I can't seem to find that posting. Any help is appreciated. Toast Ride on!
Much cheaper and probably in stock: http://www.oemcycle.com/Item/produc..._campaign=GP&gclid=CJmWyp7zpLQCFZGPPAodHCAAXw Or for a little more then the OEM one you can get one that probably will never break https://www.denniskirk.com/goodridg...onnect-coupling-mcd04v.p186346.prd/186346.sku
Toast- It's a NAPA 10 micron filter (finer filtration than stock) # 3095, and they're metal. This thing has been on my list now for a few months. Make sure to get hose clamps suitable for high pressure fuel injection systems. Dirty
It will fit,but the flat sensor for the speedo is not activated by a magnet, but from the 6 disc screws. The hole is for a KTM EXC magnet to work with an ICO,or similar.
Can you make a solid rear rotor for the 690? I have a Moose solid rear disc for my 500 and love it for enduro, my pads last much longer now.
Hello - I must buy an ICO Racing 'Checkmate' computer to compete in an event in 2014 aboard a '12 690R. Do I want your front disk to make it easier? Thanks
Thanks for the replies, I have the parts on order and they are due in Thursday. Happy Holidays my friends! Ride on!
Hi guys! Which of these tools should i buy to adjust the spring pre-load,U6910066 or U6951172?(bike 690enduro r) U6910066: http://www.cyclehuttktm.com/ktm-par...s&fit=Spring-Adjustment-Tool&fitment=bigbikes U6951172: http://www.cyclehuttktm.com/ktm-par...s&fit=Spring-Adjustment-Tool&fitment=bigbikes and someone does know where i can find it in europe?
Were you able to find one? I have the #10 from that pic if that helps. It includes the 120mm hose and the quick disconnect. Item #75007016050
The brass one from the Bimmer barn works great as a direct replacement and it is much more rugged. Or just go the inline fuel filter route. Both are worlds better than the stock piece...which will just break again.
Hi guys! Got my 2013 Enduro R sitting @ the local dealership, thinking of getting my exos, rad guard and air filter fixed up before i run any miles on it. Could anyone advice on the RR foam air filter conversion (seems too exposed) or should i just keep the snorkel and run a uni foam filter? I'm setting up the bike for adventure riding and simple trail riding. Thank you in advance! 13x
I run the uni filter in mine and its fine for what your describe. Easy to clean and much better than the stock paper jobby.
sweet! thanks! Singapore, I could be wrong abt the MY12\13 thou. Arrived earlier this mth from KTM motherland. Any major changes between both years?
From MotionPro. There are different models available i.e. this one http://www.motionpro.com/motorcycle/tools/category/quick_disconnect_couplings/
