Looks to me like a spectator got too close to the riders, mowed down by K-bike.

One of those bozos that run along side the cyclist on climbs during the bike race and wasn't paying attention to the escort bikes and official car.

Don't know. It's just a random picture I found of a K bike in Paris. The tail cowl is a different color too.

Ex-police bike and it looks like it's been in a collision (not surprising if you ever see the way Parisian motorcyclists ride :D ).

Oh my. That is beautiful. I would be tempted to go out to the garage every night and rub it with a diaper instead of running the risk of getting it dirty on a ride.

What method does he use to polish the cam covers, peg brackets, etc? Buffing wheel? Elbow grease? Ancient Chinese secret?

Just in time for winter! :lol3

As soon as he let's me in on his secrets I'll let you know. He still is working on painting, chin spoiler, badging, HB rack and cases....details. But over all I think he did outstanding work on a previously beautiful motorcycle and add some needed details to make her a more modern sports bike....all of which is typical of his prior rebuilds.

The first scratch will suck but I've got lots of duck and reflective tape to hide my sins. I was thinking of taking the living room furniture out and......:D

No....she's gonna be ridden. Otherwise, I'm gonna hear a ton of S**T from guys like Duck.

    Won't see her for a few more weeks . Winter's almost over....right? :eek1

It's your bike. Do whatever you want with it. Turn it into a planter for all I care.:evil

I'd add a coil cover though - just for the socket so you have an easy way to hook up a battery tender as well as power for heated gear if you ever want to ride in the cold.

Just playing with ya.... How are things on that side of the lake? Good suggestion on the coil cover. Will check what we have in inventory.

If you look real close you will see just above coils there exists a plug in for assorted goodies. :evil
