...just playing around with the spreadsheet, uploaded it to Skydrive, and bam, I can embed it right here in the thread. Handy to have here.

    <IFRAME height=346 src="http://r.office.microsoft.com/r/rlidExcelEmbed?su=68099805427695459&Fi=SDF1F06987CA7F63!725&AllowInteractivity=True&AllowTyping=True" frameBorder=0 width=832 scrolling=no></IFRAME>

You can interact and type on it right in the message, but it won't save any changes. You can save it locally to your PC by clicking on the full screen icon in the lower right.

While having the latest version of Excel on your PC has the best experience, it's not required. You can use the web app edition on Skydrive for free.

    Thanks for the great tool!
It's too late for me to use it for planning but it will come in very handy to track expenses during our trip. I've tried keeping receipts and notes in the past but at some point they get soggy and tossed.
This will let me update every time I open the notebook and have something useful to share with anyone interested later.

Anyone got information on where to get this tool?

I've clicked on all the links, but can't seem to find it.

Can someone email to me at hallsm@bellsouth.net

    Thanks in advance.

... msg #64 has the spreadsheet in both web and downloadable form. To save a copy to your PC (or Mac), click on the link in the lower right hand corner of the embedded viewer, and the whole spreadsheet will come up for you to view, save, etc.
