Hey, there's an old SAGE (Semi-Automatic Ground Environment) site not too far away, but . . . that's another story!

"OK" I said. "We can put you somewhere to help, I think . . ."

So exactly 17 minutes Oregon time, and 4.7 miles away by XR odo, we ride north off of a road with a new number that adds up to 16 (IIRC).

"Ali, let's run away from the southlands." "The weather here just sucks." I said.

Iffn y'all continue north on this lil freeway, you come to another street, named for your lab . . . and the nearest cross street is that place where some of us are accused of being off . . .

Bit of a curb here . . . . No big deal for the XR, but be careful on a bike without much clearance, should you decide to go in or out this way.

CAUTION: Methinks the spoor of the inimical RED HERRING may abound here, to some extent!

I shoulda specified "dirt freeway." The power line access road transits between the "16" road and the "lab" road.

FWIW, I'm often stumped by the clues here, and will then wait until someone smarter than I am (which would be virtually everyone here ) makes the grab and tags someplace I can recognize . . . .

I went for the circle tag, but like a prior poster, the white paper was gonnata.

I didn't make the grab this morning as I was, and still am, suffering from some sort of wierd vertigo feeling. :huh Not good for riding.

The clues, in my view, appear germane, relevant, valid, and authentic. However, one significant clue in particular is current, contemporary, modern; "in the NOW;" maybe even worthy of treatment as . . . "late-breaking news!"

Not to post, gratuitously, additional clues; clues remain the prerogative of the tagger. Just an observation, perhaps offering focus to those struggling with the existing clues.

I was pondering on the additional clue and what it might mean (as I already figured out where Ali is at), but my mental aptitude was being hampered by the superfluous posting. So I disregarded the posting. But had a hard time with IIRC as I couldn't recall what it stood for.

IIRC = "If I Remember (or Recall) Correctly." Of course, I'm one to talk, having a severe case of CRS. (Can't Remember Shit).
