Sounds like I'd be better off concentrating on a KTM solution.

If you are wrong and it eats the output shaft spline will you pay for the repairs?

having got a 660 rear wheel off ebay and then having to replace all the bearings, the cush rubbers and spacers, and then replace the spokes which had seen better days it would almost have been cheaper to buy a new haan wheel with cush hub:cry fortunately the rim was ok for what i use it for :huh

I'd like to THANK!! Rensho for letting me use his bike for a test fit. Straight up awesome guy! Great to meet you and your dog ;). Trailjammer Designs can now say we have a Clutch Cover Case Saver for the '11 Husaberg FE570 (may fit more similar motors too). Thanks for the help Rensho! Free shipping for all ADVinmates in the U.S. as always.
Thanks to all of you for pushing me to get some Berg products out for you guys.

Will this fit if you have Recluse clutch case on it ? If yes, I would be interested in one.

I am in no way affiliated to the above company but recently they started a campaign on Kickstarter to fund this great tool. Check out the vendors thread for more info on this.

These Clutch Cover Case Savers will only fit over the OEM cover. They don't cover the Rekluse clutch covers just yet. Thanks for asking.

Does anyone know the specific difference in the '09-'10 FE450&570 Clutch covers and the '11 FE450/570? The part numbers are very similar. Is it something internal?
The 2009-2010 FE450 and FE570 covers have the same part number (81230026100) and the 2011 FE450 and FE570 have the same part numbers (8123006200) but they are different between the 2009/2010 clutch covers and the 2011 covers.
    Thanks for the help Jwdub.

What do you carry for insurance on your Husaberg? Since I have a plate I need insurance, I talked to our agent and they have no clue on a DS type of bike, and keep thinking Harley. I would think the FE should be less than my 990.

    Thanks

My carrier calculates it on the value of the bike. More expensive bike, higher premium.

The Rekluse clutch covers are very beefy and already a bit wider. I don't see any reason to put yet another layer of metal there. The Extreme Enduro guys run the Rekluse covers as they are.

I've tossed my FE390 into rocks a time or two and the Rekluse cover on mine has been fine so far.

Anyone have any trouble with the seat coming off in the front? I stand 90% of the time, but when it's nasty and I'm sitting, my seat will sometimes come off the front pins. I put 2 spacers behind it and hope that will help. Just wanted to know if it's me or the Gutz Racing tall seat or a common thing.
