I would also put up a fence, or at the least put up a few posts marking the boundaries. A set of written guidelines would help eliminate a lot of aggravation.

Well I figure I will have to get the surveyor out to mark off the lines of the boundary around the church and fence it off. I might put in a gate and let them park on the other side of the gate, or play volleyball or handle snakes or whatever they do. The abstract describes the boundaries but I need a pro to mark off the lines since the abstract describes them in lengths of chain, and rods, and all kinds of crazy lingo. I got some posts, maybe some wire too.

I don't intend to pay for it and getting my mom involved is a headache no human should have to endure. I may just go show them the aproximate lines and say keep the f off or I send doc over here with a live goat, a weedeater, and some peach preserves.

They only recently acquired the land. Adverse possession claims on my land would require them to be maintaining and occupying it for 7 years in Arkansas. That clock starts over with each new owner. Written permission defining limits of use negates any adverse possession claim.

I got two other people whose yards are partly our land come to think of it. I need to fence the whole damn place, but that takes my time, and or money to pay someone else. Not something I am up for right now.

If they are openly taken care of, or improving, and/or occupying your land, and it should of been known to you, and they have not received permission from you, they can after 7 years claim it in a court of law.

next time you bust a trans mount, ratchet strap the tranny to the x member doc.

it likely twisted around enough to bust that engine mount.


that bolt on the right side of the pic looks to have been broken for a long time.

the left one that is still shiney likely could not hold on its own without the trans mount.

Looks like one of the bolts was already broke as it is rusty..... Jeeps are not made for rough stuff anymore.

the tranny mount is in okey dokey shape, not busted as I had thought..but the engine mount, as you can see, one bolt has been busted off for some time..the motor is going to have to come out to fix this and that, I am not excited abt nor up to..I will pay to have this done as I dont have enuff cuss words stuffed in this pie hole to spew!

Holy shit, I'm done with that shit hole Ozark Cafe in Jasper. Larry and I were in there today trying to get some lunch. Sat there for 20 friggen minutes and not a single one of the shitty waitresses even acknowledged us much less dropped off menu's get our drink order. We left, rode down to Huntsville and had a great lunch with awesome service from Mrs. Toyman at Granny's. Needless to say it'll be a cold day in hell before I ever step foot in Ozark Cafe.

I'm a no like that place either!
