Quit yer whingin' Brendan. At least I'm not using injuries as an excuse:wink::D

Ok, just to keep you quiet.

Got the frame back from the painters on Friday and it rolled on 3 wheels for the first time. Lots of fiddly stuff to do now.

The body is still with the Graphics bloke and could be a while before I get that back.

    Your imagination.
Leigh pretty much covered it, so I'll just add that it looks flasher than a rat with a gold tooth.

Thanks Leigh. Yeah round tube is nicer eh. Using different wall thickness tubes where it needs it makes a difference too. It looks a bit bulkier (more tube etc) but it's a LOT lighter than Mk. I. All the strength in this one is in the chassis and fuel tank, and I've been able to make the boxes a lot lighter.

    Hi there Clancy ..

Now I am amazed with all you have done on here M8 ..

Just read all this post today (taken 5 five hours )..

Love the new rig but you have better show me how I can do one of these for my KLR650 coz I whent the cheap way out with buyin a Ural sidecar Outfit myself so my Dog (Missie) can have some comfort now she is 8 and gettin older each day (like us) ..

Missie use to ride on the back of the KLR650 ( still dose when I'm on it )everywhere I whent with a couple big trips done of 1,600km as all this riding I do on and off farm.. So now she has comfort with the Ural ..

Thanks for a great build / ride report on Mk1 and lovin this Mk2 that I only see parts of .. Chair chassis looks great BTW ....

CANT WAIT FOR YOU TO FINISH IT ....

Yeah yeah its bit hard riding with a broken ulna and radius in the ole wankers crank while wrapped in a cast. :D

But to a more important matter the new frame is the biz, certainly looks stronger and lighter than MK1.

Thanks Robert. Must say I'm looking forward to finishing it too mate. I bought a dog a while back and hoped to take her on trips. Heeler/Kelpie cross from the rescue people. But she hates the bike and won't even get in the car:cry and she's grown a lot bigger than I thought she would. So she'll be staying home.
I'd willingly show ya how to build one, but don't ask me to help:D I swore I wouldn't build another after the last couple and this time I mean it:lol3
I'll post up the complete build of this one from scratch eventually and maybe you can use some of the info for yours eh.
