Here's a pic of my dr200 after a 110 mile adventure ride to the Brush Creek Wilderness Area and Forbidden Zone Terrain Park, both here in Eastern Ohio.[IMG]

Awesome looking bike mate, I've just ordered the FMF pipe and jetting kit, did you notice a big difference? If so, big enough difference to run 15/39T sprockets?

Also how is that seat cover working out? I'm thinking of buying a sheepskin but I hate the look of them and I know it will get covered in mud....

Klay, any feedback/report on the aggressive dirt tires you installed?

Sold one of our 200s and picked up a plated CRF230, nice, not a tourer but a great dirt bike.

    Regards

So far, they don't seem to detract from street riding in any way, and they add a lot of traction on trails. So I think I'm going to stay with them.

Thats' my brother on the 200, and of course, we didn't get any pictures of the hard spots back there in the woods on the ATV trail, just crossing the field to the lake.

Seat cover helps tremendously. Keintech carb kit and FMF make a huge difference. I also made the sprocket changes (16-41) and it helps alot on the pavement.

    Good luck!!!

PS- seat cover is from Walmart.com $17.99 US

May I ask which tires you put on the dr? They look great.

They're Dunlop D606s. I really like that tire.

I'll sell you mine for $15 plus shipping. It's new, unused...I just decided I don't need to fuss with it.

If for some reason the SA Journeyman doesn't buy your seat cover, I will as I have just made a deal on a dr650.
    Thanks

Hey cool, thanks for the offers, wasn't expecting this however, whilst on the Walmart website I also saw these:
    http://www.walmart.com/ip/Coleman-Stearns-3-Way-Tank-Bag/10928528

Would either of you guys be kind enough to let me order these tank bags to your place then I'll give you the money for the seat & shipping of both items to me in Bolivia?

My buddies are getting into MX so I want to throw a pair of dirt tires on my DR. What sizes did you order and where did you get them? Thanks, ReT

Are you sure about those tires or sizes? When I was shopping tires for my 200 earlier this year the 606 did not come in a 110/90-18 but the 952 did.

I ran out there and checked, and see there's a 745 on the rear. My apologies, too many bikes.

No problem. I liked the Dunlop 952 well enough off road but half my miles are on pavement and this tire was really buzzy and noisy on pavement. After 1500 miles I pulled the 952 off and replaced it with a 4.00 x 18 Pirelli MT43 Trials tire this weekend. The 952 was hardly worn - it held up really well:

The 745 is not as aggressive as that...it looks like a D606.
