I so miss this bike, I had the very same before it got stolen. Truly THE best 600 supersport ever made. Lets hope Honda doesn't screw it up when it revises it in 2012.

Hope you guys don't mind (didn't see another place to put these), here are a few more pictures. I now have about 1300 of my own miles added to the bike. New turn signals, tank Gripsters, oil change, new brakes, valve adjustment, removal of reflectors, and a new exhaust; I love this bike. Everytime I ride it, it gets better. To come will be a new Rizoma handlebar, Rizoma mirrors, Ohlins rear shocks, Ohlins fork springs, a corbin seat, and I'm sure a lot more maintenance. She is a bit dirty, but I killed about 1k bugs today.

Very nice :clap what turn signals are those, and where did you get them?

Are the fronts three wire for running lights? Could use something like that for my Hawk GT. Thanks

Thanks, the signals were cheapies from Ebay (Taiwan), but they were the only ones I could find that I liked. I ended up buying 2x pairs just in case one breaks. They are not 3 wire, the stocks were, but I didn't want 3 wire in the front anymore, so it wasn't an issue for me. Install was easy.

I have a question about the CB 1000. I have had this bike now for two months and have enjoyed it. However yesturday I hit a snag. I got behind some looky lous. I passed them in first leaving a stop sign when I hit 2nd @ around 7,000rpms It fell on its face felt like a rev limiter kicked in.

Is there a limiter on this bike and how do I disable it. Any information will help. Thanks ":earJustrider"
