Yea from the back side its more obvious that they are baby dolls but with the wet ground I couldn't get the bike to stand up on the other side to get the shot from the back.

I was going to use this pic but glad I didn't cause just now in passing, the stop sign is under water, 24hrs later!

Crap. Did some research on the location of that sculpture. Turns out it was displayed at the airport. Doesn't look like the airport to me, but I headed up that way anyway. Rode around the airport. No horse, and no building which looks like that in the photo. I guess it's no longer at the airport. Y'all beat me to it.
