Even I know that's a KLR Radiator Extension Apparatus modified to the fit the Wee. Lets it run a few degrees cooler.

Warning do NOT use soaker hose even through they are cheaper than regular hoses.

Soaker hose, that is hilarious. :D

I got some fuel injection hose from Napa, 250psi or some shit, made in USA. I installed it between the throttle bodies on my Wee, with some new EFI hose clamps I got with it. While installing it, the outside of the hose was melting from the gas and turned my fingers black while getting real sticky. I hope the inside of that hose is more impervious to fuel. :eek1

Well...yeah it is, but for $3800 I'd be lookin at a 2- or 3- yr. old KLR with something like 10K on the clock--if ya keep it apples and apples, an '07 KLR (last yr of the 1stGen models) with 19K on the odo might realistically fetch $2500 or so, depending of course on farkles and seller motivation. But yeah, I gotta agree with ya, that is a well-priced F650:nod

    I feex dees!

I don't think I have what it takes to be a Cultist like money, for example:lol3

    :rofl

I do believe that F650 is pert near ready for a water pump (aren't they known for going out at the 20K mark?), and if those are OEM wheel bearings I'd be changing them most ricky-tick. Not that big a deal, I guess, and there are lotsa guys on the Chain Gang forum with 100K+ on their F650s. I think they got real familiar with the water pump replacement process along the way tho...

62K on my KLR and still on the original waterpump and wheel bearings, knock on wood

Yep, that'll do it for sure--but that's what my DRZ is for:muutt

It's on its 2nd set of whl brgs already, with only 22K on the odo!

They oughta make shit last longer ya know

Changed the rear wheel bearings on the the DRZ twice. It only has 10k miles. :bluduh those were mostly chucklehead miles tho
