NBC sports (used to be VS) starts right away, but they are increasing their NCAA games I'm guessing to keep us hockey fans going. Sadly my school wont be on unless they get into the semi finals of the hockey east tournament.

    +1 about Buttman.

Is that 45% of the net or gross?

Dear NHL. Third strike and you're out. I'll even start watching the NBA again.
And I won't come back. I mean it.

I saw those pics. Somehow I don't feel those fans reflect the 3+ billion in revenue. The only winners in this are the KHL, OHL, AHL, and WHL

Good for them. They made the owners and players rich.
Those greedy fuckers better wake up, smell the coffee and figure that out.
We're not going to take this bullshit from them again.

Not even an eleventh hour session on the horizon......

Just when they were recovering from the last time they did something stupid like this. I hope the players are working on their handicaps, they are going to want a new gig to be paid big money.

I know it is easy to accuse the owners of being greedy. There are some franchises that are very solvent, and then there are the others. It makes it difficult, to say the least. I don't think they are being dishonest in saying they just can't do it. Sure, there are teams that could, I understand that. But it is a league of teams.

It is just sad. Criminals on hardwood get so much and hockey players....peanuts.

I did manage to sneak by the NHL store a custom Bruins jersey that says "Bettman sux" on the back. All sides are ass holes on this. Split it 48/48. Take 2 percent and put it in a concussion fund. Take the other 2 percent and put it in Crosby's charity that makes sure kids have hockey equipment in PA. Expand the charity across the country and ensure you have great future players.

Why yes I am available to be commissioner.

LOL You have my vote. Although I think many owners would be filing for chapter 11, at least they feel they would need to..

That would be just the devils, stars, Phoenix, and the FL teams. Most of which I would relocate

I refuse to be a sports hostage. Enoughs enough. At this point the NHL needs me more than I need them.

My guess? This will end up costing them big time.

It saddens me that they do not realize this. I will always be a fan, not matter what, but I know that is not the general consensus. They just cannot afford to play this out, they need to agree on something soon.
