My '77 Husqvarna WR250 - Old Satan. Because it temps me to do BAD things that will not end well for me.

'92 Ex500 - Michelle. After an old girlfriend. Because I never knew if she would break my heart or break my arm, but she sure was pretty to look at and fun to ride!

    '86 Honda XL250 - Thumper. Of course.

'08 KLR - Tiller. Because if I'm not careful it makes the yard look like I've been through it with a roto-tiller.

'89 Chevy C1500 - Old Faithful. It doesn't break. Ever.

'91 Geo Metro - Dick Turpin. Because it's always holding people up on the highway.

Last but not least, my '01 Polaris trailblazer - usually just call it START, DAMMIT. The only part of this AMERICAN atv that I've ever had problems with is the JAPANESE engine. :rofl

My girlfriend started this whole bike naming thing... she names a lot of inanimate objects. Anyway,
2010 Triumph Tiger 1050 is "Pearl" (the faster black color... so go ahead and make the Pirates of the Caribbean link).
    The 2006 Uly was "Sally"
My daughter's Buell XB9s is "Sissy"
and, my 2009 Buell 1125CR was "Jezebel"

all vehicles have been named! They are as much a part of the family as any other soul!

    red VFR 750 - Ace

Yamaha R1 Raven - holy shitballs

BMW 650 twin - Dorothy (because of her beautiful ruby red slippers and adventures to OZ!)

GMC suv - came pre-named Jimmy. i hated that bastard more than any thing i have ever owned...engine blew a piston climbing a mountain pass leaving my GF and i stranded.

Nissan Maxima - once again, prenamed Max

aaaand My fave, 2005 Jeep Cherokee limited - Sandy...as it usually ends up resembling a dog beach by the end of our adventuring with it. fur, rocks, wood, beer bottles, and paddles, bikes and babes make this vehicle feel at home.

    great thread!!

Whoa, forgot about this thread. Since I last posted a Husky TR650 has joined the stable. It is appropriately named Ginger, since it is a redhead.

Sophia. She's a slow gray 2011 tu250x. Seems to like water. Something about a flood in her early days.

I've got a bike named black betty, because she isn't pretty but rides smooth  I have a buddy whose bike's previous owner broke both his legs against a guardrail riding it, we call his bike voodoo. I have another buddy who's bike leaks oil, we call it the titanic :rofl
