Hi Just completed a 4800 mile journey from new york to seattle via Boca-Gulfport-Austin-Albuquerque Scottsdale san diego LA and route 1/101 all the way up beautiful ride. Had an earthquake in Garbersville Ca after a terrifying rainy night ride from Fort Bragg to Garbersville...Got caught betwixt and between with no hotels.... so in Seattle now and have to fly home for a few weeks before I return and drive back hopefully the northern route.... I need service for my 2012 Adventure and a place to keep the bike till I return..... Any other recommendations besides Ride West BMW appreciated.. Thanks
Sorry if I missed it, but you don't say what work you want done or if you could do it yourself, or if how long you are here, or in town, or gone for. I have some options, but need more info, before I can make realistic suggestions.....Such as IF I had a space, I could do the work, I can do the owrk with some help, I need tools, general or otherwise......? Help me help you. Kary 2000Cagiva GC
Hi Leaving tomorrow at 11 am... Bike has 28k on it had the 18k service done at 19k and an oil change at 25k...
Give Mick a call at Vallantine. Not too far from RideWest and is a BMW certified tech. Been real happy with Mick's work on my F8GS and I love his black lab, Sean! (206) 781-7945 www.vallantinemotorworks.com
You titled this thread "Seattle." :huh Kinda weird. Alex will probably let you leave the bike out back. Buy a tarp if you don't have a cover and it should be OK sitting there for a couple of weeks.
