yep, one of my favorites too, have been on it twice in the last week, back on Skaggs Springs once and on Marshall Petaluma Rd. yesterday....took a few more cell phone photos but they are not good enough to post

Nah- I've been shamed MANY times into taking pictures.

this last week has had some amazingly nice days for rides. i have been busy at work and have not been able to ride too much but im thinking i need a good ride out trinity rd. and maybe head out to berryessa and up knoxville a bit. i grew up on the river and still own property out there so i try and go more north east for rides. i can hit skaggs from my house in cazadero, its a long ride but well worth it.

I ride Trinity RD a lot too, usually go Calistoga RD to St. Helena RD then back on Trinity...St. Helena RD is a little tricky in the winter though, lots of mud, some slimy moss in some corners, etc...Skaggs had lots of mud from the red gravel the county uses on icy spots last week

This is one of the main roads of the country, from the capital past the country's 2nd and 3rd biggest towns. This is a fairly typical sight. On my project TF125.

My old Samsung Solstice came in handy when we came around the corner and saw George standing by the side of the road. No, that's not George, it's my son who just climbed off his new DR650 and said "man, glad I didn't do that!"
And no cell service, had to ride 8 miles to a peak to call the tow truck for him.
