Taken on a press event we did with Arlen Ness when they launched a GORE-TEX garment program. I don't think that I can squeeze into that jacket anymore, but I'll never part with it.

I've probably posted these before so apologies for boring you regular FFS. When you get to me my age you have to take every opportunity to revisit your glory days.

    This Sunday is Ephrata

Next weekend my old friend Ned is in town to run the Delaware Marathon on Sunday. Ned is the guy who sold me my first motorcycle - the white Honda S90 shown in previous posts.

Anyway, I promised him a motorcycle ride on Saturday (actually I talked him out of a bicycle ride on Saturday). So perhaps next Saturday (May 11) we can get together for breakfast and a ride?

That's a nice looking bike Tom - too bad it didn't work out. Keep trying, your 250 will eventually surface.

No Bud Light. No Clamato. So I had to improvise.

And on a libation note; Cheers, and I gave this Bird Dog Blackberry a whirl on Wayne's recommendation.

Wow, I believe this dog would bite if given the chance.

I did, but I would wager that some of the DDB would find it interesting that the two turbine powered birds that buddy had on display have both been clocked at over 250 mph!

They are the two on the stands

OK, who's in for Ephrata tomorrow morning?
We shall meet at 8AM, Newark WAWA, the one next to the Newark post office.
Because apparently you FF's get all confused about what Wawa we are meeting at...

Kev- Now you owe us the details on two stories...this one and the Dover Downs Fairways adventure.

It's okay, Campcook probably doesn't check the DE Chatter thread anymore. :D

    Hey there DB's,

My buddy Ned is in town next weekend to run a leg of the Delaware Marathon. Ned sold me my first motorcycle (the Honda S90 I posted a while back), so I owe him a ride. He'll be busy running on Sunday morning, but I thought we might plan an RTB on Saturday. Anybody interested? Time and place TBD depending on participants and their busy pre-Mother's Day schedule.

Let me know if you can make it.

I think I might be in for a Saturday ride.
