now you tell me... but I would have to had one like at a marathon race - I was on a mission! :lol3

    Sunday

    chilly morning

Boojum's not so old school play bike

Waiting for it to warm up a bit.. and watch "new school" GP races. What a clusterfuck this was :huh (I am kind off a GP nerd and watch every single race/class)

Same waterfall as the day before

    oops! :baldy

no, I did not crash. I fell victim to SLS (short leg syndrom). I tried to back up a bit to turn around... and my foot slipped.

Maybe I should have worn my off-road boots after all. My old street boots just don't cut it in gravel (but they are very comfy and I didn't want to carry extra shoes - my own fauls)

so, here I am in the middle of the woods, alone, fully loaded bike and tank full of gas. But it turns out that the handlebar lift method still works w/o unloading.... good to know :lol3

a few smacks on the bar, and off we go again

Wow, that barn has really taken a beating over the past 6 years!

I stopped for a shot of it heading to the RDV in '07

    You and me both :deal

I don't know how you guys and gals take pics on the fly. Silke was flying down dirt roads with one hand on the bars and taking pics with the other while I was stuggling with both hands on the bars :huh
