Lonewolf even has spare eggs, so it wouldn't be a huge deal to replace if the community so choose.

At this rate RD it'll be Thanksgiving and I'll drop it off in NC for you when I visit

At this rate we should have marooned him in Newfoundland for the winter.

It seems to me that to be fair the TAG needs to be grabbed again.

I can't think of anything better to do than grab this tag while MrsDonkeys is in labor.

Where oh where are TH & Eggy?

I know all of us want to keep the game going, but shouldn't we be contacting the operator or moderator of this game to see what the prodigal is? It is all fine and well to speculate, but shouldn't we be consulting the manual here?

Seems to me that rule 4 would apply.

#4 Tag mascot (i.e. blockhead, chicken, etc.) is required to clame the tag. Please post your "bruced" pictures even if the tag mascot has already been taken. Tag claims must be posted within 12 hours of the 1st "bruced" photo. In the even no official tag claim is made within 12 hours, the person with the 1st "bruced" photo gets the tag and the honor of choosing the next Tag mascot. (does that make any sense??)

Well, i believe bwalsh just posted the first bruce photo. Kent, mail that man an egg and let's get this thing moving.

Rule 4 is pretty clear. I'm still hoping the egg will surface.

This egg has so much history behind it. Just look at the layers of signatures and paraphernalia it has accumulated over the years. We need to hunt down TH and recover the Egg. Not just abandoned it and find a new mascot! Really pissed that you all want to say move on! That small marble egg has so much history! Please, let's try and find him. It is more about history than histrionics!

I agree about getting Eggy back. The rest don't want to give up on finding Eggy. The ones who want the game to move are tag addicts. They're missing out on their fix!

Another week or so. Then restart the game before Thanksgiving.

Don't get me wrong, I do hope he is well and there's some explanation for the lack of communication.
But why would he log on at least twice in the last two weeks(that I'm aware of) and not post a thing, surely knowing the tag is sitting in limbo until he makes a move? Maybe someone was logging on in his place?!.

The last week of august I rode from NC to Nova Scotia to get Eggy and Nutzy. I didn't broadcast I was coming. If I got Bruced that was fine. Nutzy was grabed 4 hours before I got there. No matter, I would grab him another time. 2 days later I I grabbed eggy and proudly put my name on it with all the others.
I want eggy back and I am not ready to give up yet.

I recently grabbed our egg in Mass and took him for a ride to Nova Scotia, then back south to Maryland. This is the third time I have had the honor of riding with the egg and it REALLY pisses me off that TH doesn't at least contact one of us to say that the egg is ok. That being said ,if TH is at all in trouble please disregard the above sentence.
I do think that a wait-and-see policy may be the right thing to do, instead of a rush to replace such an iconic mascot.

And we wait for how long?

I want to see Eggy back in play too, but not at the expense of the game being stalled for who knows how long.

Maybe TH and Eggy just hit it off and TH has decided that he is keeping Eggy as his life partner! :huh
