Sidecar John "are there any skeletons in the Suzuki cupboard"
    NO!
but I have not had mine that long Although I haven't heard of anyone else with problems, but others may know.
But don't loose your key that can become pricey on the later models, probably like all newish bikes with imobalisers

It'd be pretty bloody hard on the eyes following this with the sun shining on those cans. :eek1

One of my mates complains about the shine coming off the small (~5x4 inch) plate on the overlocker on one of my jerry can holders.
    And it is gloss black.

Not always, but when the sun is at the right angle it's pretty bright apparently.

I have a 1999 Bandit with a double sidecar, done 100,000 km over the past 12 years and it still great. The only things I would want is a bigger fuel tank and a sixth gear, maybe better fuel economy, but I don't ride it in 'economy mode'. It is still on it's original clutch even with the abuse I have given it. I would recommend one.

Geez I,m really hoping that my Triumph Tiger 900 Trek sidecar has the goods for our Australian outback etc. I like it for a couple reasons, triple engine, steel frame, double sided rear swingarms, etc. Oh and I had all the bits and pieces from when tridodtiger's build. :clap

I certainly agree with the view that full steel frames and twin sided swingarms are favourable.

If that was pink, you'd be banned by now.:lol3

And it reminds me, must get a new front tyre for mine. And some rego, I s'pose.

    And a new fuel tap.

    And a new fuel pump.

And do some repairs/alterations to some wiring.

Modern version of 'The Never Ending Story' where we ride bloody sidecars instead of big white dogs.
