Dangit, and I was gonna write out "MortimerSickle" completely in pee (all in one shot) at the top of the snow covered STEEP AND ROCKY section of the ride. Now your gonna miss it.

Love to come over for the wkd AJ, but unfortunately would only be able to make Sunday if possible. The wife is working & i'm shuffeling visiting family members on the Saturday + kids sports.

Well, we might be out for this weekend, or might show up after all - you'll know when you see the whites of the plaster on my wife's arm!! Seems that her wrist goes around corners now...







The story is so ironic it's almost funny... She was actually in her 2nd day of Team Oregon training when she low-sided a TW200 at walking speed and landed all wrong. Snapped the radius and the ulna right where arm becomes wrist. Not compound, but all twisted and dis-located. Surgery is set for 10:00am tomorrow to install two stainless plates and about a half-dozen screws.

Anyway, if we make it it'll be on 4 wheels, not 2

Ill try to make the weekend bash. I'm dealing with some unexpected health issues but will do my best to make it. So I'm a firm "maybe". I will probably spend the night at my place in The Dalles.

Put matloik and susi down as wait-n-see. We both have Friday off and have to be back to Portland early Sunday. A Friday afternoon (easy) ride would be the plan ... Oh, and we'd be trailering.

I checked my oil this morning and noticed a milky film inside that window...best investigate, the last time this happened I had a leaking seal and coolant was leaking into the engine...so I don't think I'll make it after all.
I very much doubt that I can fix that quickly.
