So if Millsaps is out for knee surgery,is he out for the last Supercross race?Or does the knee only need surgery for Motocross?:ddog:confused:csm

What a bummer, Millsaps could have been a contender. When did he injure his knee, and how?

Davi injured his knee practicing for SX, but wanted to finish out the series before getting it checked out. Smart move since any screw up by either or both of the Ryans would have given him the championship. I'd think he'd race the last round being he is still in a battle with Dungey for 2nd place overall.

that extra time might be huge on the back end when he wants to be ready to go for A1 in January 2014.

I'd imagine there was some $ on the line for 2nd place in the series. I could be wrong though.

It was changed in 2010, 17 that year and 18 minimum in 2011, but I think the factory teams had them change it back.

I love watching the offroad trucks, the line choice is so similar to mx with them setting up and squaring off a corner or diving deep with late braking hoping to make a pass. Good racing!

Well, I have my two fancy KTM experience tickets for Hangtown this weekend... and I will be sitting at home.

I broke my leg about a week and a half ago, and after surgery things are going well, but I am non-weight bearing and getting around a hilly MX track on either my scooter or walker for 8 hours is just too much for me. I have this vision of my leg blown up like a balloon...

So, I'll be sitting at home while my wife, who HATES motorcycles, watches all the heroes of my world go in circles. She is going because it is my boys 7th birthday and I bought the KTM fan experience tickets for him. If she leaves before the end of the 2nd motos I am going to kill myself.

Sorry about the leg, REALLY sorry about missing the race with your biy :cry

However, you may as well just go ahead and shoot yourself now, no way your wife is staying completely through the 2nd moto with a 7 year old boy! :1drink

Years ago one of my friends broke his leg at Hangtown in a nasty practice crash, he spent the day before the race in the hospital getting surgery and strapped up with braces.
His parents brought him back out to the track and got him propped up in the family motorhome, but he would have none of it.
We got him properly supported in the bed of my truck, and the track crew let us back it up to the fence in the hospitality area so he could watch the races.
