Absolutely! Happy to build one any way you need. Same price as my website (http://motopumps.com) but I will do SAE, cig, clips for ADV folks at no extra cost. Powerlet plugs are a few bucks extra as they are very expensive for me. Basic Pump (with requested connectors) $34.99 plus $6 domestic or $14 intl shipping. PayPal or contact me for other options. rwb7@cornell.edu Thanks!
E-mailed Rob and received a reply in about an hour. He can adapt his pump to fit your electrical needs. Great addition to the Vendor thread.
What kind of deal can you make me on 4 basic pump units shipped in one box. All with sae connectors. I have some dual-sport buddies and we all need this.
bump for an old thread, but a great product.. just ordered mine.. the pump runs strong and love how compact it is
Thanks for the bump, Robdogg. The pumps are still available in many configurations. Send me a PM or check out the website: http://motopumps.com You can also search for MotoPump on ebay. Happy to make a deal for an ADV rider! Rob
Hi Rob After tons of research, I find that your product will be my choice Please provide me with a quote for: 1x the basic kit 3x Tire irons 1 set of self-adhesive stickers for tube repairs All posted to Australia Queensland 4503 Is there anything I forgot that should go in a puncture repair kit for a bike with tubes when stranded somewhere with no means of communication but to burn the tires Thanks Patrick
Thank Rob All arrived quick, in best order, great pump and great communication! I am happy to recommend your product and services anytime. Kind regards Patrick
Just wondering what the duty cycle is on that pump. If I were to use it on a fully flat car tire, would it work? If I were to use it on a fully flat truck tire?
Hi- It will fill a 205/60/16 car tire in 10 minutes or a touch less, a truck tire is more variable, as the sizes are as well. Less than 15 minutes for a decent sized SUV or Pickup tire such as a 265/70/17. Duty cycle - I have run the pumps for an hour at a time while testing them. The standard in the industry is 30 minutes and cool down on 30 minutes. The real answer is longer than that with a cool down of 5 minutes or so. Hope that helps- Rob
Personally I'm pretty darned impressed. I purchased a kit from you and had no idea how rigorously you had tested them. Then again I bought it to inflate ADV motorcycle tires in the back of beyond, not my truck tires (35X20) or my Wifes' quad tires which I have a tank for (on the aforementioned truck). I bought the kit knowing the intended purpose (lightweight packable air pump for adv riders) and so far it has lived up to its' intended purpose. Nonetheless it's really impressive that you've tested them for extended periods on larger tires Rob.
Got my MotoPump Classic. Lots of piece of mind for very little cash.....takes up next to no room in my saddlebags. Im impressed and spreading the word. Didnt really read the specs on the Mini Pro Inflator until just today....may have to order a second one....backlit gauge and built in LED light.....thatd be nice to have. Thanks....nicely done.
Hey, just saw this and am interested. What's in the Mini Pro Inflator deluxe kit? I'd love to have everything in the classic kit but with a Mini Pro Inflator instead.
The Mini Pro Deluxe Kit has the Mini Pro Inflator, Cig plug, SAE plug, plus Battery Clips to SAE and Ring Terminals to SAE to install on the bike and a heavy duty neoprene case to hold everything. Let me know if you have other questions.
Thanks for the response. Can I get a kit with the MiniPro Deluxe items and include the tubeless tire plugging items?
Absolutely! Shoot me a PM with your PayPal email address and I will send an invoice and get it shipped right out to you. Thanks!
Hey Rob, I just found thus thread and it's a bit old but I thought I'll post my question up here in case anyone has an answer. What are the difference between the models? I understand that the Quick Shot doesn't have a Guage but anything else?
Hey There- The form factor is quite different, but the overall performance to 50 psi is about equal. The Mini Pro Deluxe has a case, the Mini Pro Standard, no case, and fewer connectors. The Air Shot has a case and all the connectors. They both draw under 5 amps while under load. The Air Shot will go to 100 psi while the Mini Pro goes to 50 psi. The folks with Tubliss conversions need the 100 psi for the high pressure inner bladder. The performance to 50 psi is about the same for both. The Mini Pro has more convenience features, longer cords, bigger LED work light, on board pressure gauge, cords store on board, etc. Both have a 5 year warranty.
