Curious though, are there no options for higher mounting? I find that high output lights mounted low like that wash out the road close in and don't give a lot of distance. The higher the better IMO, when it comes to aux lighting.

Sure will - it should be next week :)

There are mounting brackets available that would put them over the mirrors. I don't particularly like that look. The other option would be to mount to the side panel. I considered that, but decided I didn't want to put any holes in the side panels.
I'll give them some time where they are & see how they work out there.

If looks was the driving factor of placing them there, then it was a success :)

They look good where they are to me.
Just a thought ....what about just below the headlight just in front the radiator screens?

Are these ALL the same model of light??

Three of them are our LR4 lights. The upper right appears to be another brand.

Just put in my order. 2 lights w/dimmer.

Do they hit anything when turning your bars back and forth from each extreme?

No they don't touch a thing.
Took the bike out the other day and hit the trails and so far so good.

As mentioned above, these lights pull 45 watts each, so please ensure that your electrical system is up to the task to handle a pair of these. We'll be offering single units, which will make a great headlight replacement when new stock arrives.

So just to be clear on this, to get one light it would be $137.50 less 20% discount plus shipping? Will your dimmer work with these? I am thinking of buying one for my 530exc to replace the headlight with. If I could leave the dimmer on low as the low beam light and wire the high beam switch through the bypass that would act strictly as my high beam?

When we start offering the single lights, they will be $140. Our dimmer will work with a single light, but not with the pair; as a pair pulls more power than our dimmer is designed to handle. I'm going to get that fixed so single lights can be pre-ordered as well.
