I believe on Sport mode it gets 30 mpg, on Economy mode significantly more.

I have a 2010 F150 supercab with the 5.4L, 6 speed & tow package but only 17mpg daily driving up to 18+ freeway as long as you keep your foot out of it. The thing rides like a Lincoln but can get pretty thirsty!

I also bought an enclosed trailer but for the past 6 months it has only been drug once and the rest of the time is a mobile garage

I wish I could join on the 6th- I replaced the pin in my SKS and need to test it but I'm driving back from D.C. the day before and will likely be spent. We'll see; let me know if you're definately shooting that day. That is, if I may invite myself along...

Well, don't look at a Dodge if you want to get over 14 mpg. The 2500 will haul a tank out of a pit and will do over 110mph (yes it will ) but it drinks gas like I drink mtn dew if that gives anyone a good reference. I think the next truck I get will be a 2500 with a Cummins turbo engine. Not super fast but for hauling big loads as I've learned, it's torque over Hp that get you there.

Now as for Byron, I'd look at a Dodge Caravan 3.3L or being a Honda Man an Odessy if you can deal with the stereotype. My caravan gets 23mpg and could certainly handle a 10ft enclosed trailer no problem. Plus it would double as a camper with the rear emptied.

The weekend is the 6th/7th (Friday is the 5th).

If you do it on the 7th I will stop out in the morning between jobs; I can forsake sleep since I only have to stay up through Sunday night and then I will have two days off.

If on Saturday the 6th, I won't be in attendance; I will need to get some sleep that day between jobs.

If you do it Friday the 5th I think I should be available any time.
