Curvy's Antique Motorcycle Thread

I have been posting alot of pictures of antique motorcycles in my friend Nachtflug's thread and after many months of riding on his generous coat tails I feel the need to strike out on my own.

This thread is about antique bikes ONLY. So no pictures of half naked women or rants about islam. You can take that stuff next door. This is about old iron and old iron only. 35 years or older.

So let us begin with the mighty Super X circa 1930

PHANTOM Motorcycles - The Ghost Who Rides

In 1929 the last motorcycle rolled out of the Phantom Manufacturing Co. works near Cambridge shortly before the mysterious disappearance and surmised deaths of the three founders of that great company. Yet, despite this seemingly unsurmountable obstacle, the company has been able to recently reopen and has produced its first new vintage motorbike since that fateful day in 1929. But how is this possible? The only surviving member of that original company, Mrs. Mabel Ramsbottom, will be 119 years old this year!

Is that a typo on the primary cover or were they really a motocycle company (not motoRcycle)?
